If your water supply has been disconnected, contact the Credit Control Centre of the Financial Services Department.

You can also visit the municipal offices in Centurion, Akasia, Atteridgeville, Fortsig, Mamelodi, Laudium and Soshanguve.

New Water Meters

To apply for a new water meter, the following documents are required to be submitted:
– Approved building plans or property tax and rates account.
– A copy of the owner’s or applicant’s identity document.

These can be submitted at the following walk-in centres:
